At Ceramyka, we take pride in the quality of our products. Every piece is carefully packed and inspected before shipping. Still, if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with proper packaging.
You must share clear photo/video proof of the issue within this time frame.
We do not accept returns for:
Minor variations in shape, color, or finish (due to handmade nature).
Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Bulk orders or custom pieces.
If you receive a broken or defective product, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Once approved, your replacement will be dispatched and delivered within 3–5 business days.
Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 4-5 business days.
In case of damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange return pickup or cover shipping costs.
For other return reasons (non-damage), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
We ship across India. For international orders, please contact us directly.
Shipping charges and delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout.
Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or holidays.
We are not responsible for delays once the product is handed to the shipping partner. Orders will be delivered with in 2-5 business days.
